What You Need To Know About Reaching Your Goals

In any business, weather network maketing or traditinal, we have goals that we want to meet. Success is as easy as 1-2-3. You can be successful by simply changing or even tweaking one or two things in your daily activities to make a world of difference. In order to be successful in business, weather network marketing or a traditional company, there must be a set, established model to follow; a system; a model; a plan.

The business stays successful and in operation by the workers using this system; setting and meeting their goals (and therefore their team goals and company goals,) and by reflecting on what they have done to make adjustments as needed.

Goal setting is actually very easy but often done incorrectly. If your goal is to make $50,000 in saved income by this time next year, then you can’t keep holding that goal out in front of you and expect to reach it without making a plan.

My good friends Michael Dlouhy and Tom Big Al Schrieter have been helping me reach some of my big goals and here is what they told me.
1. Take your goal; your reasonable goal, write it down and post it up where you will see it everyday. – you must consider weather your goal is obtainable or not, can you save 1 million dollars this year? Or is $50,000 more reasonable. What you want to do is set your goal just a bit out of reach, just a step outside of your comfort zone. That is a healthy challenge
2. Take your goal and break it down into smaller, more obtainable goals for you to work on one step at a time- starring at a huge goal in not only intimidating but then leaves you asking yourself, well what do I do now?
3. You break it down- monthly goals, weekly goals and daily tasks. It is therefore necessary that your daily tasks bring you to accomplishing your goal for that week. Well if I am going to save $50,000 in the next 12 month then will have to either cut back on spending, or increase income. There are lot of ideas for ideas available to help you reach your goals, you just have to use them consistently. Make your plan and plan your work. It works every time.

I hope that this bit of information has helped you today, and t would be so such more helpful if you read this free e-book on your success, it is called Success in 10 Steps.

“5 Pillars” is the 5 crucial points a company should have in place in order to be a “good” company to consider joining. If you are thinking about joining a company it’s real easy to get answers on these 5 points. You can use Google a lot. Google is an awesome tool, put it to use! Do your research! It’s a very important decision that you are getting ready to make, a decision that affects yours as well as your families lives, it affects your money! and can have a huge affect on your emotional state as well. Please, do yourself a big favor and do your homework.

I’ll give you a run down of the 5 pillars…

Pillar 1. Company management experience with Integrity!

Do a Google search on the company owners. When you have a company that is built by an owner who has also built a big business they are “Distributor minded” The pay plan will be good and it will be easy to build a business with them. The care and support will also be in place. On the other hand, when you find a company that is built by fortune 500 owners, and who have never built a big business of their own, they are “business minded” people. Usually these companies do not last and the pay plan is not designed to pay the Distributor well. The pay plan is designed to pay the company. Another good idea is to take a good look at your Policies & Procedures, if the P&P’s are short then there is a low overhead ( meaning that the cost to run the company is minimal) and YOU, the Distributor will get paid more! Companies with high overhead always have a long long Policies & Procedures, you often have to have a lawyer to read it for you! This company will not pay you well! Look for the companies products on Ebay, how much are they being sold for? A lot of people shop on Ebay and if they can buy those products cheaper they will!

Pillar 2. Timing in the company, Timing in the industry!

99.2% of new companies don’t last, they have growing pains and most don’t recover. They have software problems most of the time. It is very important that a company own it’s own software. If they do, they are able to perform the maintenance themselves and any up-grades or tweaks that they need. If they have bought software else wheres it is never that simple! It is always a better idea to join a company after it has been up and running smoothly for over 2 years!

Pillar 3. A remarkable product! It’s a great idea to have a product that retails well and ask yourself..”Would I buy this product if there were no business opportunity involved?” Is there a Distributor discount on the product if you join the company but the retail cost to the customer stays the same? Ask yourself this, “What’s the real price of the product?” and “Doesn’t this behavior show that this company only wants you to recruit new Distributors?” If you are recruiting, recruiting, recruiting you are just building a paycheck! There is NO residual income in recruiting! Retail sales should be the life blood of the company. 74% of your downline will be product users only.

Pillar 4. The Compensation Plan! A good pay plan is a plan that pays the most, for the least amount of people, in your organization! Does it pay part-timers? How much money do you make on a retail sale? 7% and under will kill you!! There is a simple formula that will show you exactly how many people you need in your organazation to make your desired monthly income;

How much money do you make per person, per spot, and divide that by your desired monthly income! That simple formula will give you the exact amount of people you will need in your organazation to make your money! Once you get your amount look at it and ask yourself,” Is it possible for me to sponsor this many people?”

Know your Compensation Plan, what type is it? What are the pros and cons of this type compensation plan?

Pillar 5. Systems for Success! It is absolutely crucial to have a duplicatable system in place. People are NOT duplicatible! Systems are! The new Distributor will ask themselves, “Can I do this? and can you help me?” Network Marketing is NOT a sales business, it is a relationship business! People join people, they do NOT join companies!

That’s it folks! As simple as that.
