  • Bounce back factors ? What is Yours ???

Posted on January 27th, 2010 in Recent Posts by Sarah Anne

    Sarah here
ya know I have been thinking a lot about relationships, after all
Network Marketing is a relationship business ? game ?

What do you want to call it ?

I call it real life and it is serious relationship business,
    just like my personal life.

Life is a relationship game? business ? whatever, well as I go through
the stages of yet another relationship hmm I can see the same issues
in personal relationships and Network Marketing.

Bounce back factor ? What is it ? Do you have one ?

I thought my bounce back factor was zero – Then this guy asks me to dance,
On the top deck of a cruise ship heading to the Caribean no less, so am I
going to say yes, bet your bippy I did.

So here I am thinking my bounce back factor is at zero ,I have been through
two marriages – I am definitely not looking, I am on my team cruise, here to
build relationships with team members and to enjoy time  with my girl friends.
I am definitely not looking for romance.

Just like when I was getting ready to call Network Marketing quits – I found the
Book Success in 10 Steps – I was done , over 7 years and 14 companies, zero success

Then,I find Success in 10 Steps every where I looked there it is,but more
importantly I found a mentor that not only can he spell MLM - he can teach me to
teach others to spell MLM and bam Duplication  first time in 7 years –

I see the similarity in my relationship – so now  here I am deeply involved with
    a wonderful guy.

My girlfriends say whoa slow down Sarah, Just like I said when I found Mentoring for
Free and Michael Dlouhy, I knew in my heart that I was home, no more looking. See my
bounce back factor was stronger than I knew – I read his book and hope flourished
and yes I found the truth,

So now My bounce back factor is stronger than I thought – I now find myself deeply
involved with a wonderful man. He listens to me, he gets me, he makes me smile. he
dances with me in my living room when I play my albums. How cool is that ?? When
we dance it is magic, truly magical.,

I have been single for over a decade – I now know I can bounce back so I am as they
say jumping in with both feet – Nah I am diving in head first – I bet your bounce
back factor is stronger than You think- Download and read Success in 10 Steps and
meet a team of mentors that not only know how to spell MLM, they can teach you how
to teach others and just like Love it is free.

All that is required is that You have a teensy spark of hope left (if your reading
this, You do  even if does not feel like it)   and like my wonderful man found a
spark in my heart and fanned hope and ignited Love, Mentoring for Free can put spring
    in Your bounce back factor.

Look over on the left side of this page see that photo – the handsome guy on the right,
that is my guy what a cutie huh – and the guy on the left that is my mentor and the
author of Success in 10 Steps.

So now do Your self a favor click on the book on the left, download it, Read it and call me

    Friday is Red Shirt Day

Posted on January 19th, 2010 in Recent Posts by Sarah Thompson

I will be wearing A Red Shirt every Friday,Read this and do what Your heart tells You

     Red  Shirt

If  the red shirt thing is new to you, read below how it went for a man…

Last  week, while traveling to Chicago on business, I  noticed a Marine sergeant traveling with a  folded flag, but did not put two and two together.

After we boarded our flight, I  turned to the sergeant, who’d been invited to sit in First Class (across from me), and inquired if he was heading home.

    No, he  responded.
    Heading out I asked?

No.  I’m escorting a soldier home.

    Going to  pick him up?

No. He is with me right now.  He was killed in Iraq , I’m taking him home to his family.

The realization of what he  had been asked to do hit me like a punch to the  gut.. It was an honor for him. He told me that,  although he didn’t know the soldier, he had  delivered the news of his passing to the soldier’s family and felt as if he knew them  after many conversations in so few days.

I turned back to him, extended my hand, and said, Thank you Thank you for doing what you do so my family and I can do what we do.

Upon landing in Chicago the pilot  stopped short of the gate and made the following  announcement over the intercom.

“Ladies  and gentlemen, I would like to note that we have  had the honor of having Sergeant Steeley of the  United States Marine Corps join us on this  flight He is escorting a fallen comrade back home to his family. I ask that you please remain  in your seats when we open the forward door to allow Sergeant Steeley to deplane and receive his fellow soldier. We will then turn off the seat belt sign.”

Without a sound, all  went as requested. I noticed the sergeant  saluting the casket as it was brought off the  plane, and his action made me realize that I am  proud to be an American..

So here’s a  public Thank You to our military Men and Women  for what you do so we can live the way we  do.

    Red Fridays.

Very soon, you  will see a great many people wearing Red every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our  troops used to be called the “silent majority.”  We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record  breaking numbers. We are not organized, boisterous or overbearing.

Many Americans, like you, me and all our friends,  simply want to recognize that the vast majority  of America supports our troops. Our idea of  showing solidarity and su pport for our troops  with dignity and respect starts this Friday —  and continues each and every Friday until the  troops all come home, sending a deafening  message that … Every red-blooded American who  supports our men and women a far, will wear  something red.

By word of mouth, press,  TV — let’s make theUnited States on every  Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming  football game in the bleachers. If every one of  us who loves this country will share this with  acquaintances, coworkers, friends, and family, it will not be long before the USA is covered in  RED and it will let our troops know the once  ”silent” majority is on their side more than  ever, certainly more than the media lets on.

The first thing a soldier says when  asked “What can we do to make things better for  you?” is. “We need your support and your  prayers.” Let’s get the word out and lead with  class and dignity, by example, and wear  something red every Friday.

IF YOU AGREE  – THEN SEND THIS  TO EVERY ONE  YOU KNOW

    2009: To Be Continued

Posted on December 29th, 2009 in Mental Cleanse MasterMInd Sessions, Recent Posts by Laurie

My girlfriend answered a call while we were driving home from Christmas shopping, which isn’t rude since we’re friends and it is the Holiday Season to be gracious.

I politely looked out the window and the dark scenery flying past us and gave a conscious prayer up that her competency in driving extended to multi-tasking.  Naturally, I tried not to eaves drop on her conversation but it was a bit difficult in such close proximity.

Then I felt myself cringe - an automatic response it seems when I heard her comment on how 2009 “sucked” and good riddance to the year.

Immediately I thought of the 12 months, or 52 weeks, or 365 days,  and worse, the  8,760  hours,  525,600 minutes, 31,536,000 seconds in 2009, and really wondered about her statement that every moment gifted to her in 2009 sucked?

Out of work, my friends creative energy prevailed and she produced the most glorious of vegetable and flower gardens, turned her yard into a quaint and charming escape with benches and ornamental surprises throughout.  She “garbage picked” and refinished beautiful end tables and wood chairs and benches that led to others searching her out to refinish their treasures.

She unearthed her stored photos and wall décor and converted her basement room into a comfortable living room adding to her “living and entertaining” space.

She rallied and supervised several “emergency” events providing generous amounts of her time and her culinary expertise easing her friends and families hardships.

Working in the Medical field, she was and still is constantly called upon by friends for advise and care of any and all injuries and ailments’ and personally sees through with her advice and expertise (even my daughter privately benefited from her I found out later with concerns she had).

I know  for a fact that whether we are on the phone or visiting in person, there has been laughter along with tears, stress, and worry.  We’ve shared in each others triumphs as well as our disappointments and expectations; picked each other up when necessary, encouraged and supported each other the entire year.

2009 sucked?  I beg to differ.  Perhaps we haven’t met our goals, don’t feel any closer to accomplishing our dreams, haven’t added to our financial security as we vision;  yet if I take a look back at the year I have grown.

Wittingly or unwittingly, consciously or unconsciously there has been growth, there has been success and forward movement.  I’ve obtained knowledge I didn’t have before; met new people who have become friends or are on the way to becoming my friend; kicking and screaming sometimes, I’ve elevated my thoughts and opinion of myself from mediocre to someone who matters, who is unique and one of a kind - JUST AS ALL OF US ARE.

    Even in failure I’ve learned.

My accomplishments or lack of accomplishing doesn’t define me, rather I look to what I’ve learned about myself, my weaknesses and strengths, what I’ve discovered to be important and what I used to believe was important turns out to be insignificant really.

To Be Continued…feel free to take a look back at your 2009 moments while I continue to pour out my next thoughts!

More on Pillar #1, Company Management Experience with INTEGRITY.

Posted on December 19th, 2009 in Critical Thiking, Skills Training, The 5 Pillars To Success, Companies/Opportunities, Recent Posts by Ken

Without this pillar in place, there is no point in
looking any further at a company.

Read the contract between the company and its
distributors. Most people never read it because, if
they did, then many would become quite upset.

It is often hard to find all of the contract. Many
companies have a short “Terms & Conditions” page You
must check that You agree to during the joining
process. The Terms & Conditions may contain a phrase
such as, “You agree to be bound by the Company Policies
and Procedures, Compensation Plan, and Code of
    Conduct.”

Many distributors cannot see these documents until
after they receive their kit, and most NEVER READ them!

    The Four Pillars of Deceit

Posted on December 12th, 2009 in Self Development, Critical Thiking, Mental Cleanse MasterMInd Sessions, Skills Training, Personal Development, The 5 Pillars To Success, Recent Posts by Ken

Pardon me while I take a break from the
Five Pillars for Success. Time for a little
critical thinking. I’m not trying to stir up
debate, just to open Your mind. This a long one,
    so please bear with me…

    Dogmatic vs. Critical Thinking

    Lies, Myths, Money and Power

…and The Four Pillars of Deceit

Tom “Big Al” Schreiter taught me Decisions are made by
the Subconscious Mind, although we’d like to think our
Conscious Minds are in control. He also taught me how
to employ this knowledge to influence the Subconscious
    Minds of others directly.

Unfortunately Tom is not the only master manipulator of
the Subconscious. There are many today and there have
been legions of them throughout human history.

I believe Napoleon Hill teaches us in “Think and Grow
Rich” how to break the bonds of manipulation and take
    Conscious control over our thoughts.

First we need to understand something about Truth.
TRUTH resonates deeply within us and we recognize it
    when we encounter it.

Tip To Attract Abundance Thru Your Vibration

Posted on December 2nd, 2009 in Critical Thiking, Self Development, Whats Your Plan?, Mental Cleanse MasterMInd Sessions, Recent Posts by Laurie

A quick tip shared by Susan Hanshaw to raise Your vibration is when someone asks You
“how are You?” notice your response.  Do You typically answer “fine”, “ok”, “hanging in there”?  Or do You respond with a resounding “Awesome”, “Fantastic”, “Fabulous”?

When You notice the way You answer this simple question it can tell You a lot about where Your vibration or energy levels are, and in turn what You are creating and attracting!

Check it out.  Just say, “I’m fine.”

What’s Your energy feel like? How  does that make You feel inside emotionally, spiritually?  Do You get an uplifed and excited feeling or do You just feel fine?

Ok,  now try saying to Yourself,  “I am AWESOME!” Say it with FEELING and conviction. (Stand in front of a mirror and SEE Yourself expressing that higher vibration - nobody will know!)

    How do You feel now?

Be honest, do You feel the same as Your previous response or has Your energy increased?

The entire Universe and everything in the universe is Energy, including the feeling behind the words we choose to think and speak.  The words You use have meaning to You.

In critically thinking would it be in Your best interest to be aware of what Your projecting and attracting?

The next time someone asks You “How are you?”  What are You going to say?

Staying in the “positive” means aligning Yourself with Positive people.  If Your struggling or a bit frustrated and not attracting abundance in Your life and business, make a Critical Choice for Change.  You can start with our Free Ebook, Success in 10 Steps; download it today and see if Your Vibration doesn’t positivly change!

    Have an AMAZING DAY!

What Are You Attracting In Your Life Today?

Posted on December 2nd, 2009 in Self Development, Critical Thiking, Mental Cleanse MasterMInd Sessions, Notes from the Universe, Inspirational & Motivational Video's and Quotes, Personal Development, Recent Posts by Laurie

I read an interesting blog by Susan Hanshaw I want to share about Raising Your Vibration to Attract What You Want

To simplify, Your vibration is Your Energy, and I think we all know our energy levels fluctuate on a daily basis.  I’m not referring to the physical here, it’s the emotional and spiritual Vibration I’m addressing.

I’ve often noticed a smile begets a smile (mostly, or I see shock on a person’s face that someone actually noticed them and smiled a greeting of hello).

The other night I came home from work and brought my “high” vibration with me.  Together my daughter and husband and I made dinner, had a light, uplifting conversation, teasing each other about our day.  I noticed I was doing a bit of a jig when cleaning up the dishes and entertaining my family with little quips.  Although my daughter was rolling her eyes at me she was laughing and so was my husband.

I noticed I didn’t get the usual grumbling about a hard days work from my husband or the “I’m fine” polite conversation of “pass the condiments please.”

My Energy was attracting and lifting my families vibration!

The point is I’m raising my energy level or Vibration and staying within the positive emotions that in turn attract more of what I’m putting out there.

Want a tip on increasing Your Vibration?  Check out my next post.  Want help in attracting more into your life and business?  Download our Free ebook, Success in 10 Steps and positively increase Your Vibration !

Critical Thoughts - It’s Easier Done Than Said

Posted on November 24th, 2009 in Critical Thiking, Mental Cleanse MasterMInd Sessions, Personal Development, Recent Posts by Laurie

I’ve been on a bit of a sabbatical lately mainly due to a simple question that penetrated deep to my very being.  What do I want?  What do I vision?

Simple, right?  Little did I know I’d sit back, take stock of my life as it is now and find this so difficult to answer!

    What do I want?

For starters, I want freedom, of course, doesn‘t  everyone?  I want freedom from debt, stress, preconceived notions of who I should be; freedom to be with my family and be there as they discover their own true selves; freedom to choose how I live, where I live, what I do with the time afforded me on this earth.  Freedom to live to my highest potential, to unleash the person within and contribute meaning, service and hope to whomever I meet.

Well, heck, I reside in the land of liberty, so what is stopping me?  And, what does this have to do with being a critical thinker?

    Everything, I’m discovering.

I’ve started and stopped myself many times on this particular journey.  Intellectually, I “get” everything I’ve been reading on personal development, focus, goal setting, desires, organized time;  it’s getting what I know from my head to my heart that’s giving me a bit of trouble.

Decisions, or choices are made every single day. I decide or choose to get up and out of bed, ahh, my first choice of the day.  I can then choose to dress, not dress, eat, not eat, go to work, not go to work, and so on.  Simple, everyday decisions that have a huge impact on my life as well as those in my life.

A Dream, Desire, or goal shouldn’t be a burden; rather it should motivate me into some type of action everyday.  It shouldn’t paralyze me into in-activity!  Is it residual from past experiences?  Have I allowed my vision to become a burden instead of a desire?

Set backs, resistance, support issues or approval all can dampen even the most enthusiastic of intentions.  It’s Your choice to allow Yourself to be influenced by them.

Today, I’ve decided it’s Easier Done than Said; I’m making one choice, one decision of action today towards my goal rather than gulping down the entire dream.

It is a Critical Choice to do something rather than sit back and let Your Dreams slip away.

What Do Apple Pies and MLM Companies Have in Common?

Posted on November 21st, 2009 in Skills Training, Critical Thiking, The 5 Pillars To Success, Companies/Opportunities, Scams and Ripoffs, Recent Posts by Ken

Everyone knows You need five key ingredients to bake an apple pie:

    1. A pie plate,
    2. A pie crust,
    3. Some apples,
    4. Sugar and spices,
    5. An oven.

What happens to Your apple pie if You take away any one of those five ingredients?

    Everybody knows the answer.

The same thing applies to MLM companies.

You need five key pillars in place for You to succeed with a company. Take away any pillar, and You get the same result You would get with the apple pie.

Now, I’m not talking about what the company needs in place for IT to be successful.
I’m talking about what the company needs to have in place for YOU to succeed with it.

For example, the largest MLM in the world had over six billion dollars in sales last year,
but most of their distributors are starving because of a missing pillar

Most people don’t know what the five pillars are, and don’t know how to figure out whether an MLM company has them or not.

Focusing On Quality to Create the Dream

Posted on November 17th, 2009 in Critical Thiking, Self Development, Notes from the Universe, Personal Development, Recent Posts by Laurie

“All pathways to success are dotted with enticing rest areas where laziness can cause even the best of dreams to sputter and stall…..” (a commentary by Stephen Covey)

    Dear Universe:

This morning I read an excerpt on a couple of famous comedians and a hotel magnet’s success in life. One common thread for their success was a focus of quality efforts to detail they incorporated while working through the “hard parts” in their everyday life. Success would not be achieved had they not persisted in striving to add quality in all aspects of their life.

Is it an inherent part of human nature to take the “easy” route?

I cringe when I hear the word “lazy.” It conjures up a dozen other adjectives that can literally suffocate productivity in the every day actions I take to succeed in my life.

YUCK! To even put the words in print would be like puking negativity all over the place. Yet I know if not careful I could be easily enticed to set aside productivity and “rest idle.”

Every day there is a “To Do List” of things that must be done to achieve success. Yet it’s very easy to ignore the details or put off the “hard parts” of a job or task.

Instead, I resolve to tackle the hard parts with a “focused Quality” in mind in both my business and my personal life.

Quality or lack of affects the way I speak, dress, work, entertain, and generally how I feel about myself! It impacts how I walk, teach, listen, exercise, learn and play. It is one of the principles that is ever woven throughout the entire tapestry of my life, directly and indirectly touching everything I am and everything I do. Quality doesn’t require a lot of expense just careful attention to detail.

One True aspect of success is in the quality put forth in every day actions and efforts.

To strive for quality in every task, doing my best at the moment puts me in the best place for the next moment
