I talk to hundreds of people a month - I am often asked “Sarah, Why for Free? how can you make money
doing this for free ? it can’t be real ?? can it ?? ” My answer is read the Go Giver By Bob Burg and John David
Mann–Memorize this ” Law of Value “YOUR True worth is determined by how much more you give in value than
you take in payment” think about it folks — then I explain Mentoring for Free like this;

Mentoring for Free is an organization, hundreds strong, all over the world, of Professional Network Marketers who
devote a portion of their day to teaching others the necessary skills and training that they themselves were taught
by mentors before them.

The Mentoring for Free team is led and coached by Michael Dlouhy from Brooksville Florida, and his beautiful wife, Linda. Michael & Linda are great coaches and mentors, compassionate, caring, understanding and down to Earth regular people. You hear all of these things and much more in Michaels voice on any of the free training calls that he’s hosting daily. You can always get your questions answered and interact with everyone on the calls.

The skills calls are done Mondays through Thursdays at 3pmEST and there are Live and Interactive Leads calls done Monday through Thursdays at 7pmEST going until 9pm. The 3 pm EDT calls teach you various skills on anything from marketing and promoting your company or product to how to generate highly responsive leads using free to very low cost Social Networking sites, Traffic Exchanges, Ezines and Blogging.

The 8 pm EDTcalls are Live Leads calls where we call people who have shown an interest in what we have to offer, chat with them, ask some questions and basically get to know a little bit about them and how we can help them. After the call is complete we then do a group discussion on that persons personality color. This teaches the “Color to Success” training to people who are new. It also teaches us how to talk to other people and exactly what to say to them. The calls are very fun, informative and you will quickly learn how to see or hear a persons personality and interact with them with less awkwardness or stress.

Mentoring for Free and Michael also host the Wednesday 3 pmEDT and 8 pm EDT Mental Cleanse call as well. This call is highly recommended for clearing the excessive chatter that we experience in our minds. Developing more focus and calmness so that we are more effective and can hear our own small voice speak clearly to us (our intuition).

The Mental Cleanse call is a Mastermind session that reads from the book by Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich. A chapter is read each week and then what each participant got from the chapter is written about and discussed on the call. This program is mandatory if you have been blessed with a Blue Personality and it will usually take a “Blue” at least 90 days to complete, if they ever do. (This is not a bad thing!)

The Saturday night 9 pm EDT Generic Training call is also available for anyone who is interested. This call is usually hosted by Richard Dennis and on the 1st Saturday of every month the topic of the call will be the “Colors to Success” training. Richard will interview Michael Dlouhy live on the call and Michael will discuss the individual “colors”, how to spot them, what they wear, how they speak and their likes and dis-likes.

The 2nd Saturday the topic is a “marketing Surprise” call and Richard Dennis will describe in detail how to use a particular marketing technique to generate leads for your product or business.

The 3rd Saturday the topic is the “5 Pillars”, how to choose a company or opportunity based on 5 attributes that the company must have in place in order for you to be successful. Each “pillar” is described and discussed in detail so that we all have a very clear understanding of what to look for in a company that we are looking at.

The 4th and final Saturday call is done on Compensation Plans. Richard will again interview Michael and he will break down and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different types of Compensation plans.

Following the Generic Training call is the Coaches Corner Leaders List call. This is a mastermind session for the leaders who have completed the homework assignments given and are reading and discussing Joe Vitale’s “Spiritual Marketing” ebook. This call is as highly recommended as the Mental Cleanse call.

In any business, weather network maketing or traditinal, we have goals that we want to meet. Success is as easy as 1-2-3. You can be successful by simply changing or even tweaking one or two things in your daily activities to make a world of difference. In order to be successful in business, weather network marketing or a traditional company, there must be a set, established model to follow; a system; a model; a plan.

The business stays successful and in operation by the workers using this system; setting and meeting their goals (and therefore their team goals and company goals,) and by reflecting on what they have done to make adjustments as needed.

Goal setting is actually very easy but often done incorrectly. If your goal is to make $50,000 in saved income by this time next year, then you can’t keep holding that goal out in front of you and expect to reach it without making a plan.

My good friends Michael Dlouhy and Tom Big Al Schrieter have been helping me reach some of my big goals and here is what they told me.
1. Take your goal; your reasonable goal, write it down and post it up where you will see it everyday. – you must consider weather your goal is obtainable or not, can you save 1 million dollars this year? Or is $50,000 more reasonable. What you want to do is set your goal just a bit out of reach, just a step outside of your comfort zone. That is a healthy challenge
2. Take your goal and break it down into smaller, more obtainable goals for you to work on one step at a time- starring at a huge goal in not only intimidating but then leaves you asking yourself, well what do I do now?
3. You break it down- monthly goals, weekly goals and daily tasks. It is therefore necessary that your daily tasks bring you to accomplishing your goal for that week. Well if I am going to save $50,000 in the next 12 month then will have to either cut back on spending, or increase income. There are lot of ideas for ideas available to help you reach your goals, you just have to use them consistently. Make your plan and plan your work. It works every time.

This interview was redone by my mentors with me ;
FM:”There are two types of income in the world,” shared a multi-millionaire friend of mine, “but only one will give you freedom. Only one will let you own your life.”

My friend smiled, leaned over and whispered, “Let me share a story with you.” A few minutes later, I’d learned “The Secret Income of Multi-Millionaires” and knew exactly what had to happen for me to “Own My Life.”

Sarah:”I knew I had to find the people that had what I wanted, and do what they did to get where they got.

FM: “The first type of income is linear income. It’s when you trade
time for money. If you are like most people, you have to work
for a living. If you don’t work, you don’t get paid.

When a school bus driver drives a school bus, he gets paid. When
his shift is over at 5 p.m., he stops getting paid.

When a surgeon performs surgery, she gets paid. When her shift
is over at 5 p.m., she stops getting paid.”

What he told me next really opened my eyes.

“Even though the surgeon gets paid a lot more, ultimately both
the school bus driver and the surgeon are in the exact same boat.
They are both trading time for money.”

That’s how linear income works. You receive income when you work.
When you stop working, your income stops. Linear income continues
only as long as you continue to work.”

The second type of income is a lot different. He called it Royalty Income.

Ch. 3 - Faith

Could ANYONE say the same thing in any more
countless ways than Dr. Hill does???

I AM exactly what MY dominant thoughts have
created me to BE. And the good news is that
IF I don’t like that result, I CAN change it by
changing what MY dominant thoughts are right
now…and every moment hereafter.

If I do not have the gumption to write my self-talk
and say it out loud as well as silently all day,
every day…then, I have no excuses…no amount
of whining about my past or my present situation
is going to do squat to improve my situation.

But taking the bull by the horns and doing my
self-talk with “green diligence”…no matter what
color personality you are…that’s the only way
to get it done. If I am going to control my
wandering thoughts instead of letting them
control me…it’s going to take some massive
effort on my part. Now how tough is it to know
that it can be done that simply?

That may in fact be 95% of the problem…it’s
just too simple. We think if we’re this “messed
up”, then the solution to the problem is obviously
complicated. It’s not. But my self-discipline has
to kick in and stay kicked in for the duration…
that’s how I’ve come to believe every single thing
that I believe today. I was just doing it
“on automatic”. That means I’ve allowed myself,
thru neglect, to accept other people’s programming.
But now, things are different…now that I’m a
critical thinker, I DECIDE how to think and
therefore…what to think!

When my subconscious is “soaked up” with
the self-talk that I HAVE CHOSEN to program
my Self with…well…it won’t feel like I’m in
“Kansas” anymore! And this being my 3rd trip
thru the Mental Cleanse…(if you can do it in
30 days…CELEBRATE!)…the changes in my
thoughts and my ongoing mind-set are evident.
The gradual change slips in and when you stop
to take a look…what a nice surprise!

Another thing that really popped out at me in
this chapter was in the US Steel Corporation
story…which I usually find somewhat boring.
This time through it…two things…
first…the “giving before you try to get” - the two
men who hosted Mr. Schwab at a dinner in
his honor where the rest of the story unfolded…
“their hearts were full of gratitude for the lavish
hospitality bestowed on them by Charles Schwab
during a recent visit to Pittsburgh, so they
arranged the dinner to introduce him to
eastern banking society.” I think that may
be an excellent example of the Universal Law
of Reciprocity.

Second…and this seriously reminded me of
some of Uncle D’s comments to us on more
than one occasion…did you notice when
Charlie Schwab verbally grabbed his listeners
by the back of their collar and jerked their
thinking from their “lack mentality” and
adjusted them to “abundance thinking”. How
many times has Michael (Uncle D) reminded
us that there is enough to go around for
everybody. When I think ‘lack’…that’s
what I get! When I think ‘abundance’…
amazing…the ebook downloads start to
come in ever-increasing numbers, people
start calling me, more people want to get
involved with my business…and on and on.

Does it come automatically??? NO!!! I’ve
lived with ‘lack thinking’ for many years…my
self-talk has to happen non-stop to keep my
thinking on the “abundance” side of the scale.
Being on the MFF calls is part of that
reprogramming process!

I can’t say that I remember feeling that jolt
when I’ve read this in the past! Mr. Schwab
told them that their “shortsightedness lay
in the fact that it restricted the market in
an era when everything cried for expansion”.
So, I ask myself…are my daily activities
reaching out for expansion…or clutching
what I have now - close, so I don’t lose it?

Reaching out to gather abundance feels
much different than clutching what little
I have now closely so it doesn’t get away.

I CHOOSE reaching out for abundance.
And right under our noses is the perfect
proven system of Mentoring For Free
and untold numbers of leaders willing to
reach out to guide and direct our every
action IF we choose to ask for help and
follow the recipe! And there’s abundance
enough for all of us! 155,000 people per
week looking for or signing up for a home
based business in this world…and we
know they’re not all getting into 5 Pillar
companies. Now that’s abundance
enough for us all.
