Dreams Create New Careers for the Unemployed!

New Careers birthed for the unemployed in this dubious economy!  I recently read an article in Parade magazine by Mitch Albom titled, ‘Dreams Do Come True’ that inspired me and reminded me that this happened before as a result of the Great Depression.  The article is a story about Tom Smallwood, who like many over the last year and a half, found himself unemployed two days before Christmas in 2008.

This is a trying time for many in the United States and around the world, many are losing hope and having a hard time keeping their dreams alive as their savings and retirement dwindle away.  If this is you then this story is for you!

It is about bring our dreams to life and stepping out of what we consider ‘normal’.  For many it is time to rekindle our passion, our dreams and to find a way to make money doing the very thing we love!

We all have dreams and talents in which we excel, things that we have a passion for. Unfortunately most have been told to put those things aside, to keep them as a hobby. That they are not what has been considered a viable means of survival; that will support our selves let alone our families.

We have been told to be practical, to go get a ‘real job’.  Just like Tom had a ‘real job’.  Tom was a second generation autoworker, following in his Dad’s footsteps, until that day he was fired.  Tom, unable to find employment anywhere, still need to provide for his wife, 1 year old baby and to pay the mortgage.  Tom was uncertain of how he would do this in today’s tough economy.

Tom loved to bowl and was good at it, but knew in ‘normal’ times this was what was considered a nonviable means to support his family.  But in these times when the ‘normal’ rules no long apply, Tom picked up his bowling ball and went to work!  And work it did!  One year later Tom earned the title of PBA World Champion and a check for $50,000.  More than he had ever earned for a year’s wages working for someone else at a ‘normal’ job!

So to all of you out there wondering how you are going to survive and recover from this economic nightmare that you find yourself, grab your passion and find a way to make money doing it!  In the past you may have been told it was silly and no way to earn a living, but today it could be your saving grace!

So pull your dreams and your passions out of the closet that society told you to stick them in, dust them off, polish them up and turn them into your ticket to success!

Are You on Network Marketing System Overload?

So are You on System overload?  Do You have a system that goes, “blah blah blah” course after course, manual after manual, theory after theory?  Do You have so much information thrown at You Your mind is like scrambled eggs on a griddle?

Have You figured out yet that maybe the system Your using doesn’t meet Your style of learning?

There are two types of people in Network Marketing.  The first group is those that have figured out they need a system in place that can first provide ongoing education and skills training and secondly help them duplicate their mentor’s success.

The second group is those suffering for Network System Overload and haven’t figured out they need to be in the first group to achieve any sort of consistent success.

Since both groups are interested in creating a business that provides financial freedom to enjoy life, with a few other personal desires sprinkled in the scenario, what advantage do some have in accomplishing their goals and heart’s desire?

They found a system that works with their learning style allowing them to truly duplicate on-going success.

Not everyone learns in the same manner.

Some of us are auditory learners, some visual and some “hands on” or kinesthetic.  Add the fact that individually we have different strengths, abilities, and weaknesses, it stands to reason  You need a system in place that complements Your style of learning.  A system that enables YOU to successfully learn and participate in Your choice of business.

If a system only offers knowledge and a theory of business practices in written dialogue, a visual learner may excel in understanding and putting this knowledge to use, but the auditory and “hands on” learner will have difficulties.  If a systems only offering implies getting into action by a “watch me and do what I do,” plan, the visual and/or the auditory learner will go nuts trying to implement action before education!

For real success Your system must provide You with all the tools to meet Your individual needs, whether its audibly, visually or kinesthetic.  You need a system that compliments not only Your style but offers Leadership and coaching geared to Your strengths.  This System needs to provide personal development, practical business techniques, and knowledge of how to build a successful business by offering on-going and up to date skills training, and effective methods for lead generation.  Most of all Your system must be able to duplicate so You, in turn, can teach others!

There are some people who have found a system that meets these criteria encompassing all they need and allowing them to consistently build a successful network marketing business.

If You want to grow Your business, be an effective presenter and lead others ask Yourself this:  Would it be ok if You had a duplicatable system geared to Your Style of Learning?  A system in place that provided ongoing education, hands on skills training, personal growth to develop Your leadership skills, and a host of professional network marketers available to mentor You every step of the way through Your business?

Sarahs success story part 2

My travels from MLM failure to MLM failure to finally arrive at success began in 2002. I was new to computers, had just bought my first one and within weeks I was getting all of these e mails from so called “Gurus” promsing me the secrets to unlock untold wealth simply for buying their secret.

Well, that began a secret buying spree that last over 4 years and which eventually ran up a credit card bill into the thousands of dollars.

I swallowed, hook, line and sinker and really believed all the hype, lies and deception. I joined 14 different Network Marketing companies. However, I knew in my heart of hearts that this could work. All I had to do was find out what I was doing wrong. How wrong I was about my perceptions of network marketing back then , simply amazes me today

How I eventually learned the Truth and that it was not my fault was through this Life Changing Book

It was about this time, that my family decided to step into my life and try to convince me that I should get a “real Job”

They succeded in making my reslove stronger, the more they told me I was chasing wisps of smoke,and that I would never make a real income from network marketing, the stronger my resolve became.

I decided back in 2002 to never give up until I achieved my dreams, with the help of Mentoring for Free and the Success  in 10 Steps book  I finally arrived and I now have that success.

Hi My name is Sarah Thompson,

In later parts of this Flight Log (why do we call it a flightlog? great question. Because it journals our flight to success) I will continusoly update network marketing tips and methods , after I have thourghly tested, tried and proven that they work. Guess what the best two parts of this are , well if you don’t know me you would never guess. So I suppose I will have to come right out and tell You.

I do this for FREE, yup thats right the three of us may all have different stories as to how wound up together and started helping folks for free, however we share more than just great friendship and a true desire to help people We absolutley love our work. We are very passionate about being there when You are ready for the help.

Why do I do this for FREE and what do I get out of it, well I am going to insert a link to a short vidieo that explains it way better than I can so take a few minutes less than 10 really and watch My reason for for doing this, I had a Miss Thompson in my life, and ya know the last name thing here is purley coincidende.

To tell you the honest truth neither my life or my network marketing career were what I considered to be a stellar success as little as 12 months ago.

In short since I met the success team at mentoring for free and began the long ardous trip out of failure and despair last year both my persoannl life and my network markewting career have been completly turned around and I will, if you read on tell you the story of how I did that.

Actually , I can not take full responsibility for my recent arrival at success USA . I know, I know your asking yourself what is success USA ? right? Well that is the town I live in,it happens to be a portable town that I take with me anyplace I go. So your wondering how I arrived here? are you ?

Well , perhaps I have told You the ending first, that is because it is a happy ending, now I will tell you the “rest of the story” in my next log entry but seriously folks if you want success as much as I did , you can begin by reading the book that changed my life

Okay, so Your probably saying nope, can’t be that simple , yup I said the same thing . Anyway it is 12:45 am Monday morning July 30th and I am tired, so thats enuff of the story for tonight I will continue tomorrow G night folks
