Kraig Ward, Probably not the Last Word

I am quite sure by now most of you have heard of Kraig Ward, if not you can read our apology to him as required, by his Lawyers. I wanted to let you all know a bit of what his lawyers said to us and the following is a quote from a letter I received from a H.William Minninsohn, Attorney at Law. and I quote “the fact that Mr. Ward never worked for any of the companies is of no legal consequence”

Now, perhaps it is just my opinion but if Mr. Ward never worked for any of these companies , then how would he be able to provide advice on how to be sucessful in them ? this is just a question that has been on my mind since this fiasco started. Leaders, How do you Find Them?

Leaders in Network Marketing are like Eagles soaring above the crowd. They are the succesful Professional Network Marketers that can help you build your business. Everyone is looking to find four or five good leaders.

These are the people who will step forward to help you build your business big, by building thier business with minimal help from you. Everyone wants to find just four or five leaders but no one does. Why not? Because they are busy building their own businesss.

So what defines a leaders, a leader is one who steps up to the plate without being asked. A leader is one who seeks out information on how to become successful at building a network marketing company, not one who sits and waits for someone to show them the way When their downline asks for help they send them valuable informaton, such as this success e book

So if you can not recruit the leaders you need , what is the solution ? Well, I firmly believe that in order to have a succesful network marketing organization you need leaders and they should be home grown. We all know that you nor I can build a large oranization alone, it takes teamwork.

Yes, you read that correctly if you want to build a large network organization you should stop looking for leaders and start looking of people with the desire and skills to become sucesful leaders, and you need to cultivate a culture that rewards those people that take the brave step forward to gain the skills required for hem to become a leader in your organization. This means you have to be willing to impart your knowledge ansd provide them with the oppotunity to grow and become sucessful. Your Network business will flourish if you provide opportunity for these people to grow and learn
