You need to talk to your front-line leaders regularly. At least every other day. Sometimes it’s 2 or 3 times a day. Make yourself available anytime for 3-way phone calls. Give your team a system to help them find the people and sponsor them into your business. Make yourself available.

At our 35th wedding anniversary on June 21st, we had 2 of our front-line Diamonds at the celebration. And my sponsor My sponsor & his wife flew across the country to attend. Several others from our group were there. And we had a ball.

Here’s what it’s about.

I have a gentleman in my group, awesome guy, he lives up in Monticello, Florida. On our way back from a seminar trip to Houston, Texas, I stopped by to see Richard & Cheryl. They have a big old hickory tree that was leaning towards their home. It got hit by lightning, and it was dead. They were very concerned it could come down, and it’s a couple thousand dollars to have that cut down & carted away.

So I got together one day with Linda & our son Matt & a friend, Lynn Rothfuss, from New Jersey, and we made a day of it. We took a picnic up and we cut the tree down, cut it up, stacked it up for them.

That builds relationships. We just did that to help them. When’s the last time your upline did something like that for you?

That’s what this business is about - it’s about building relationships. We’ll be in business the rest of our lives with Richard & Cheryl. I’ll be in business the rest of my life with all our top leaders. It just goes on and on and on.

You’ve got to build it solid. We just sponsored some awesome people down in Puerto Rico, Nestor & Toni. They’re so excited, they’re going on the MLM Cruise with us. When we come back, we’ll hang out there for 2 or 3 days and do meetings and build them an empire while we’re there. They’ll have it started before that, but we’re going to explode that island.

The Mistake That Many Leaders Make

People are telling their downlines all the time, “You have to change. You have to get out there and sell. You have to become this other person that you aren’t right now.”

The truth is, YOU are perfect just like you are. Everybody on your team is perfect just like they are. They don’t need to change. They don’t need to become a pushy, aggressive salesperson.

Ninety-two per-cent of the world’s population is sales resistant. You don’t like to be sold. You walk into a store, looking for shoes. You want to look around, pick out what YOU want. You don’t want some sales clerk coming around, telling you they have a sale on such & such a shoe. You want to shop & buy what YOU want. Maybe you’ll ask for a clerk, once you’ve decided what you want.

So it’s only about 5% of the people in network marketing who tell the others that they have to change, they have to become this pushy, aggressive salesperson, make a list of your friends & family and go puke all over them, force them into the business.

That Is NOT How To Build Your Business!

My belief is, just target the market and find people who already are looking for the business, people who already believe in network marketing. Don’t go out and try to build them a dream to get them in the business.

It’s kind of like religion. Some people believe in God, some don’t. Don’t try to convince the people who don’t believe in God to believe in Him. And don’t try to convince the people who do believe in God to not believe in Him.

Just go talk to the ones who already believe! Talk to the people who already believe, and are looking. Those people are warriors. Those people are ready to take action. Those people will build an empire. They will build a legacy income for you. Those are the kind of people who will drive 6 hours to your house and cut down a tree for you.

Those are the people you want. Build relationships with those people. Get them into your business, and never, never, never quit building the relationship with them!

All these years in the industry, it’s almost comical to me. I hear so-called heavy hitters talking about building relationships. But the truth is, they don’t have a relationship with their spouse, they don’t have one with their kids, and they don’t have one with their business partners. They rattle on about relationships, but they don’t know how to build one.

Bulletproof Your Income!

What if your company went out of business tomorrow? Don’t laugh - it has happened to many, many people in this business. What would you do? Would you have to start over from scratch?

Well, NOT if you have strong trusting relationships with your people! If you have taken the time and made the effort to build that steel-ribbed “know, like, & trust,” then your people will stick with you. They will follow you to your next company. They will trust in your judgment.

If you haven’t built those relationships, your future is very much in doubt. Why take that chance? Work hard at getting close to every person in your group. That’s a strategy that will pay off for you big-time, whether your current company is around forever or not.

Wow - the so called training that “some” so called mentors give just astounds me - I am a firm believer that MLM, Network Marketing is a people business - it is NOT a numbers game, just get them in the deal, won’t matter if they quit just get more !!!

When I see this, it makes my blood boil - People working to make an extra bit of income from Network Marketing are real, they have feelings and emotions- they have families and people that depend on them.

I have been coaching a lady, marvelous person really -but she has been “closed” into several deals and subsequently she beleived that her road to success was to “close” people in her deals.

I am going to share the email correspondence that we have had over the past few days I know  this is a bit long–but I feel this is a very valuable lesson

know what business you are in.  You have not done that. I am not interested in  phone conversation. I don’t do that sort of thing.    I  have done that for 20 years. I am not doing

No it does not make any sense at all. I absolutely do not understand why you do not reveal your company name. Are you ashamed of it. I signed up in xyz -abct today. I was looking for a blank  company. I don’t know what company you are in Sarah but I have never in my entire life seen or heard  of anyone not willing to reveal the name of their company if someone asks.  I am stunned. How on earth do you ever sign anyone up. I have been in sale 22 yrs. I am stunned.

Sales is also a numbers business. I don’t know where you are getting this information about a lifetime thing You are loosing money. Free Mentoring is all over the Internet. Five or even Three years ago Free Mentoring was the thing now everyone is doing it and making profits.(from Sarah  how can you make a profit if it is free ??) If you don’t stop this waiting until “you” think someone  is “ready” you are doing both yourself and the other person both an injustice. They will go  someplace else and sign up and get a sponsor who just does not care. If I were you I would re-think what I was doing. At this moment believe it or not I am in 5 free  mentoring things webinars, videos, conference calls, I will not do one on one’s I get e-mail
seminar’s I get ebooks I get everything.
And I still have more people after me free free free free.

That’s all I hear   And these are from the gruru’s who are Not trying to get me into anything. It’s a  game as to who can be the biggest mentor. Sarah it a game  They all now what to be the Biggest and Best Mentor Free   if you don’t believe me do the research. Just do the research. I am saying this to you to help you. Those people who leave you are going  to another mentor With xyz–abc I signed up yesterday or the day before I don’t remember. I  ave had 4 emails with website links,  phone messages all from different people All excited All asking if I needed them they would be
there.

Not one of those people trying to push themselve on me with a mentoring program. All just wanting to help me with my sponsoring and selling. That’s what I need. I need to make money. They want to help me make money.

I don’t care how awful the guru’s have been they are cleaning up their act.
They are now wanting to be the Biggest and Best Free mentoring. My uplines in xyz–abc are interested in one thing. Helping me to build my downline as fast as possible. I
really like that. I know if I send people to any of them my people won’t have to hear about a mentoring program. My people will hear OK let’s build you and downline
let’s make you money and let’s move your products. I’m a sales person Sarah I trained sales people and I knowhow to train sales people and I know what people want. People want Immediate gratification. People want money their pocket they don’t care what you or I want they care what they want. They want money.I like you Sarah. But you are living in the 80’s   This is 2008  Do the Internet research.

I  did take my time after reading your email (below) prior to writing this response -I do not agree with you - although sales maybe a numbers game MLM is not - it is a people and realtionship process that builds true wealth.
When You insist on “closing” people and “selling” people you will have to do this over and over and over again. You will be jumping from program to program and each time it fails you will not know why
I choose to build my business one time and yes I fully believe that I am building lifetime relationships with my people - because I have never “closed” one of them into my deal.
the free mentoring you are talking about comes with a price tag - your freedom and your money - At Mentoring for Free we never ask for money and we never “close” a sale - once folks become truly educated they can decide for them selves which busines to work - then it is thier choice ,not becasue they were “closed” by sales techniques.
This process of selling and closing is old hat - Your xyz–abc upline will only be helpful while they wait to see what you can do - You have been in a many programs in the short time that I have known you - Why is that ? Truly successful people that have built a long term, long standing network marketing business have done it via relationships not selling and closing

Yes people do want to feel appreciated, and needed -
your process will work for a short time - then you will have to rebuild it over and over again I enjoy  my process of building it once, building it big and building it to pay my childrens children. I can not be a sponsor who just does not care, I can’t and won’t do that.

Chapter 12 my thoughts

Napoleon Hill tells us “the critical facts” about
the subconscious mind. Mind you, these are only
important if you wish to become the Master of Your
thoughts. I do ! I realize that my thoughts are what
controls my actions and that it is My Actions that
generates my results.

So it follows that when I want to change my results,
I first need to change my thoughts. to change my
thoughts I MUST learn to be the “only” person that
feeds my subconcious mind

So if I am not “actively” programing my Subconcious,
Who is? Well here is an Aaha moment for me, Napolean
states

The subconscious mind will not remain idle! If you
fail to plant DESIRES in your subconscious mind, it
will feed upon the thoughts which reach it as the
result of your neglect. We have already explained
that thought impulses, both negative and positive
are reaching the subconscious mind continuously,
from the four sources which were mentioned in the
chapter on Sex Transmutation.

To take this a step further we know that the sub
concious mind is like a receiving station -Thoughts
in the form of energy are continouslouy bombarding
the barriers of my  mind -  These thoughts come from
“everywhere ” televison,radio,our next door neighbor,
family members.

When they are negative thoughts they creep in and my
subconcious recognizes them only as thoughts, it does
not care if they originated with  me or came from some
other source This is THE Reason I Need to control my
thoughts -

When I do my subconcious is directing my thoughts and
my actions in the direction of My desires when I am
did not control my thoughts my subconcious was
allowed to place obstacles in the path to my desires

Napolean hill tells us How to forever take control of
our thoughts . He says  “You may VOLUNTARILY plant in
your subconscious mind any plan, thought, or purpose
which you desire to translate into its physical or
monetary equivalent.

The key word  that struck me here is VOLUNTARILY, that
means we have to decide to do this act of telling our subconscious
mind what we want, and that means that in
order to do this I have to take action .

I have to make the choice to have belief or to obtain
my desires or whatever it is that I want to accomplish.

In the next few sentences Hill tells us that desires
which have been mixed with emotional feeling such as
faith (another way to say belief in oneself) .

So what that means is that I have to voluntarily
choose what I am going to think about or how I am
going to be programmed.

In order for it to be voluntary We must take action
that fits our choice, and furthers our desire so as
to reinforce the desire we have planted in our minds.

Another important fact about use of the subconscious
mind is that “All thought, impulses, intended for
transmutation into their physical equivalent,
voluntarily planted in the subconscious mind must
pass through the imagination and be mixed with faith,
The mixing of faith with a plan or purpose intended
for submission to the subconscious mind may be done
ONLY through the imagination.

Wow Think about that we have to use our imagination
or powers of visualization the same thing really in
order to have our subconscious mind  accept our
voluntary thoughts.

The imagination is one of the first things you lose
in society as you become a young adult, I clearly
remember being told , stop the daydreaming, keep
your feet planted firmly on the ground, don’t be a
dreamer.

These instructions actually shut down my imagination
and has been a part of the reason for not achieving
what I really wanted. Because I could not imagine
myself having it, as simple as that.

Now I can once again begin to imagine the endless
opportunities to enjoy life. I have been practicing
my visualization for the past several months -I do
this  “every” morning and I am reaching my goals- I
plant frimly in my mind my desires I can feel the
emotions of gratitude to the people in my life I
feel myself receiving that which I desire Once I
stopped just seing this and started to “feel”it
my life, my goals began to change -

Why now , why not sometime over the course of the
last 50 some years, The answer is surprisingly simple
I truly beleive that I deserve that which I desire and
when I visualize my desires I couple the vision with
emotions and I can feel gratitude and happiness well
up inside - it is these emotions that my subconcious
mind turns into daily actions that become the steps
to my success

I now not only know but truly believe that I am worth
the effort and I am successful - I know that I could
not have brought these changes about without the
combined energy of this Mastermind group - When I
opened my mind to receive this positive energy My
visualizaton sklls improved , my Life improved,

I do thank Michael and Linda and each and every

Chapter 11 Sex Transmutation

As we progress through the various steps to riches,
we become more and more aware of how these steps all intermingle. The lesson learned in Chapter 11 is
just one more piece of the puzzle.

The ability to focus on your power of will. Having
the knowledge of what it is you truly desire.Creating
a plan to carry out your goal.  Continually being
persistent.

Having Faith that your main purpose in life is being
reached.  Discovering like minds in building your
Master Mind Group. Concentrating your minds energy
on one specific goal.

When you finally get it ‘from your head to your heart
genius will emerge.  The creative intelligence which
is in every one of us will form the harmony needed
between our brain and our subconscious, opening the
floodgates of achievement, and allowing our spiritual
self, our creative self, our magnetic self, to radiate
out from every part of our being.

Whatever you desire is already yours. It is yours for
the taking.  Move in and stake your claim. Take owner
ship, now.

At first I kept asking myself, “How does one channel
this energy, transmute this energy, toward a purpose
other than the sexual energy that it is”?  And the
answer came to me.  By letting go.  By allowing the
Universal Spirit to take control.

By participating in Michael’s 30 day cleanse.
Learning to stop the chatter in my head. Turning
off the outside noise that only clutters up my
contact with the Universal truth.

I can now begin to listen to the Creative Genius
which is inside me, and, inside each and every one
of us.  The one we all share.

Wow ! The emotion of sex is not the physical act.
I had never thought of it that way before.  Nor
had I ever realized that that emotion is the number
one transformation of mediocrity into genius.

Double wow and how true.  And to realize that sexual
emotion cannot be stopped by any unmovable object.It
is there, tangible, real and yet a simple matter of
the transference of energy from one mind to another.

Looking at the stimuli through which my mind can be
keyed up to a higher frequency (bearing in mind the
physical act of sex is not an option, nor is booze,
drugs, fear and mutual suffering are no longer
factors to be considered) I can utilize the remaining
stimuli to the 10th degree:  love, burning desire for
fame or money, music, friendships, mastermind group
and autosuggestion !!!

On that higher plane I can tap into the 4 available
resources: infinite intelligence, my subconscious
mind, someone else’s mind or even their subconscious
mind and use that 6th sense that is available to us
all.

As a leader tapping into the knowledge that people
respond not to cold, hard logic but to emotion and
more specifically MY emotion I can use that “key” to
provide the momentum, inspiration and energy for their transformation.

Chapt. 11 “The Mystery of Sex Transmutation”

There is nothing more attractive or enticing in the
world than well harnessed sexual energy. The actions
and conduct of a good looking, clean, sharp dressed
(current) individual who re-directs their sexual
energy into service to others and into strong focus
on their goals is a powerfully magnetic force.

Some of the by-products of redirecting sexual energy
come in the form of restraint (of pen and tongue) and
self control when dealing with others. Restraint and
self control become tools to rely.

Focus on the goal becomes very keen. Having love in
your life is a wonderful motivator.

It was “how he conducted himself in the world” (his
principles) that attracted me to my husband over 20
years ago.  It was his well harnessed sexual energy,
his impulse control out there in the world that paved
the way for trust (essential to a woman) and love in
the bedroom.  We shared the same principles, which
included service to others, that drew us together.

One can have a fulfilling active sex life with their
partner while exhibiting a well harnessed sexual
energy to the outer world.

Because focus is a by-product of well harnessed sexual
energy, productivity is enhanced.  Combine this with a
goal to help others success and the universe has no
choice but to cooperate.

If and when the principles behind the actions are
right, the magnetism is unstoppable!

As for my husband and I, our love is stronger than
ever coming up on 20 yrs. of marriage in May.  We
work at it by walking and hiking (just the two of us)
WEEKLY and carving out time to be together. I support
him and he supports me (emotionally).

I have tremendous respect for him and I know it’s
reciprocal.  We have three great kids (17, 15, 12)
and we share great devotion to them.  However, we
know that we want a “life after the kids are gone”
so we make “us” a priority now.

One of my goals with my network marketing business
is to (help) pay for fabulous vacations for my husband
and I to take as we enter the second half of our life
together. I know I’ve found the right system to do that.  Imagine my excitement!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope this makes sense to others.  This is my first
time sending in a lesson plan on the Mental Cleanse.
I want to participate.  I want to grow.

When I was in the military I watched men throw there
lives away for sex.  Thes men always said what happens
over seas stays over seas. I had trouble understanding
why they were willing to give up so much for a few
minutes pleasure.

But I would watch this happen to men with wonderful
wives and families.  Even men I belived were Godly
men would give in to this. They did not understand
how to control this power in a positive way, but we
had many successful missions and now I understand why.

To use this in a positive way we must exercise will
power.  I always had the will power to refrain but
I did not harness this power for great achievement.

If men will harness this power there greatest
achievements can come from this.

I defintly saw men motivated by woman in all these experiences.  For me I could not cheat on my wife
for others the sex was worth the risk.  But great
energy was a real result.

I truly understand why he says there never has been
or will be a great leader without this desire. Love
is a spiritual thing Sex is biological

When we put romance, love and sex together a genius
is born.  with this in place you will do anything for
a woman even give up your life with no second thought!

There can be no disharmony in this relationship.
mans greatest motivating force is to please woman.
men has risked there lives for a womaN THROUGH history,
and man has not changed.

I know one of my driving forces to be successful is
to give melissa the thing she desires and wants.  At
this point life is a struggle but I will be successful
again.  A big part of my drive is to give Melissa what
she deserves, not a life of lack!

CHAPTER 11 - THE MYSTERY OF SEX TRANSMUTATION

OK, we are talking about the EMOTION of sex here, not
the physical act. This remains a mystery to most because
it is too often approached immaturely, if at all. Highly
sexed people have a certain magnetic energy about them -
some have even used that energy to help propel them into holding public office.

Many such office holders have disgraced themselves by carelessly allowing the physical act of sex become the
outlet for that energy. After all, the title of this
book is NOT “Sex and Grow Rich”!

TRANSMUTATION is the CHANGING of one form of energy
into another. Hill teaches us what happens when we re
direct the energy of sexual desire from the physical
body to the thinking mind.

We stimulate our minds to reach higher levels of
consciousness - communicating with Infinite
Intelligence and other minds - thus inducing
creative genius.

Of the ten strongest mind stimuli SEX is the
strongest, followed closely by LOVE. The least of
the ten is the foreign chemical stimulus reached
through alcohol and drugs. These foreign chemicals
are not as potent as the chemicals produced by our
own bodies when stimulated by our own emotions.

Moreover, these foreign stimuli are destructive to
the physical body and mind. The immature creative
person tends to misapply these stimuli -misdirecting
their sex desires or succumbing to the habit of drugs
as a shortcut to higher consciousness.

People, by nature, are driven to impress and please
the persons who are the focus of their desires. The
sex emotion, by itself, can propel people to
achieve great accomplishments. But the combination of
the emotions of sex and jealousy can lead to
destruction.

More potent than jealousy - a subset of FEAR - is the
emotion of LOVE. The combination of SEX, LOVE, and
ROMANCE generates a superior stimulus. Moreover, it
is a balanced, harmonious stimulus - prone more to
creation. SEX desire is biological, whereas LOVE is
SPIRITUAL.

“Love lost” is a myth. Love leaves an indelible
impression. I can never lose love. The memories of
love are part of my being. The love of friends
closely follows romantic love as a potent stimulus
to my mind. I can never lack friends to love, as I
am guided by the principles taught in Mentoring For
Free - how to attract new friends into my life.

As I can TRANSMUTE sex emotion to stimulate my thought,
so I can TRANSMUTE negative thought into POSITIVE thought.
All thoughts and habits being equal, one cancels out the
other. The subconscious mind knows not the difference
and will act on whatever I feed it.

I CHOOSE the HABIT of feeding it positive thoughts. When

Chapter 11 explains to us the transformation of
mediocrity into genius through transmutation.

Sex desire is the most powerful of human desires.
When driven by this desire men develop keenness
of imagination, courage, willpower, persistence,
and creative ability unknown to them at other times.

When harnessed, this motivating force maintains all
of its attributes of keeness of imagination, courage,
etc., which may be used as powerful creative forces
in the accumulation of riches.

This desire is inborn and natural and should be given
an outlet through forms of expression which enrich the
body, mind and spirit of man and which can be lifted to
the status of genius.

This most effectively sets up the vibrations of the
mind.  This genius is developed through a sixth sense
which is “creative imagination”.

When ideas or concepts flash into one’s mind, through
what may be called a “hunch” or an “inspired idea”,
they come from either infinite intelligence, one’s
subconscious mind, from the mind of some other person
who has just
released the thought, or picture of the idea or concept,
through conscious thought, or from the other person’s
subconscious storehouse.

We had an example of this last week when Michael, Judi
and Sarah all focused on a picture and the listeners to
the call picked up on it immediately.  The way had been
cleared for the “sixth sense” to function.

This energy may be communicated to others through the
following media:  the hand-shake, the tone of voice,
posture and carriage of the body, vibrations of thought
and personal appearance.  The result of this energy is
personal magnetism, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others.

Seldom does an individual enter upon highly creative
effort before the age of forty. This is usually reached
between the ages of 40 and 60. Those who approach this
age with  hope and eager anticipation will do their best
work.

When the emotion of romance is added to those of love
and sex, the obstructions between the finite mind of
man and Infinite Intelligence are removed.

No one can be complete without the support of a good
man or a good woman.  The man or woman that does not
recognize this important truth deprives himself or
herself of the power which has done more to help men
and women achieve success than all other forces combined.

Chapter Ten

I appreciate this “Master Mind Group” because
I know when we are together, everyone is working
towards a DEFINITE end, in a spirit of harmony.

I know that when two minds come together a third
Mind is created , WOW what a deal. Mr. Carnegie’s
“Master Mind Group” consist of a Staff of
approximately fifty men, with whom he Surrounded
himself, for the DEFINITE PURPOSE

Of Manufacturing and making steel. I know now
that I am a critical thinker, and I thank The women
and men of this  “Master Mind Group” For their
help and support.

I now have the BELIEF and Confidence to go
Forward with my “Network Marketing Business”.

I have positioned myself to be a leader in
“Network Marketing”. I now have the POWER and
the FAITH, DESIRE, and PERSISTENCE to take
ACTION.

Three months ago I joined “Mentoring For Free”,
And one thing I do know, I could not have written
Or discussed any of my experiences in “Network
Marketing” with anyone else.

I would have had to live with all that negative
power the rest of my life. just thought I would
let you all know ,  how important This “Mentoring
For Free” system is to me.

I once read that you are the average of the 5 people
that you hang around with.  So if you want success
you need to surround yourself with people who
already have what you want and people who have
the same beliefs and are walking in the same
direction as you.

These people or mastermind group to me is
mentoring for free.  Even if I know what my goals
are and my why and my wants, I find myself getting
easily distracted with life, day to day issues and
yes, negative people.

If I don’t watch it negative people will literally
suck the energy right out of me. So I need to
surround myself with positive and a mastermind group

How do I do this? I get on as many MFF calls as
possible.Or if I am working, catch the recorded call

I keep in close contact with my MFF sponsor, Bruce.
I plug into the system and pass it on to others.

So to me the mastermind group is huge to my success.
I need to surround myself with positive like minded
people and people who will keep me focused and also
call me to the carpet if I am becoming distracted.

With a mastermind group, we are all focused on the
same goals and can help share ideas and help each
other. Together we can change the world and change
lives! But the fun part is doing it together.

We are on this cleanse to help us focus, or control
the power of our mind. He tells us power is organized
effort.  Power is required to accumulate money..

Power is required to retain the money after it is
acquired. What are we doing with the knowledge from
mentoring for free.  With mentoring for free we are
organizing our power.

When we build our network we all are focused on the
same goal which brings us power.  We are building
our master mind group just like Henry Ford.

Creative imagination is mentoring for free.  With all
the minds involved what amount of energy is given
off in the universe.

The focus of this group is massive power.  We have
a definate purpose to strive for every day.  Great
power can be accomplished through no other
principal!

A team is required-energy is involved in thinking so
when our team grows with the same focus, these
minds provide more energy toward our ultimate goal.

Your mother told you, You are who you run with.
We become like the people were around, its a law
of nature.

We become who we associate with.  If you want to be
a failure hang around those people who are failures.

If you want to be successful hang around successful
people. To get $ we must have faith, desire,
persistence and a plan of action!

How many people come so close to success and give up
to live a life of average.  Poverty needs no plan but
riches are shy and timid we must attract them like a
beautiful woman.  as with a beautiful woman if she is
neglected she will not long be part of your life and
neither will your wealth if neglected.

Thoughts on Chapter 10 - Power of the Mastermind

Power is essential for the accumulation of money.
Plans are useless without the power to put them
into action., That power is the organized effort
of two or more people.

We cannot make it on our own. We have heard that said
many times on the MFF calls.  We cannot be successful
in Network Marketing by ourselves.

I know I have tried in the past in different companies.
“If it’s to be it’s up to me” was something that we
were told.  “You need to talk to more people” was
another one.

I was taught if you talk to 100 people you would find
20. Some would become wholesale customers and some
would become distributors.  It took me 51 people who
said no before I found one that wanted to become a
distributor.

And yet for some reason I still believed this industry
was the answer to becoming wealthy.  I was taught to
council up-line.  I did that too.  Up-line council
should have been the “Power of the Mastermind at work.

So why didn’t it work?.

There had to be something lacking in that Mastermind
Group.  Everyone was doing what they were taught
and teaching it to others. It was a case of the blind
leading the blind.

I am so happy to have found the right kind of Master
mind Group in Mentoring For Free.  Everyone is here
for the same reason, everyone is willing to help,
information is shared and we are being taught to be
critical thinkers.

As Hill wrote Henry Ford whipped poverty, illiteracy,
and ignorance by allying himself with great minds,
whose vibrations of thought he absorbed in his
own mind.

Through association with Edison, Burbank,
Burroughs, and Firestone, Mr. Ford added to his
own brain power, the sum and substance and
intelligence, experience, knowledge and spiritual
forces of these four men.

I can also take advantage of these same things
through all the people who participate in the
Mentoring For Free System.  This Mastermind
Group helps me to access the power that I need
as I work toward attaining my desire.

I am encouraged, I am motivated, and I am
emotionally stirred.  Thank you all.

Chapter 10 - Power of the Master Mind -

The Driving Force…..

Hill says Power is essential for success
in the accumulation of money, and he says
that great power can be accumulated through
no other principle, then through a mastermind
principle..

Hill says no individual may have great power
without availing himself of the Master Mind.
WOW……..is this really true?

Any man who has accumulated a great fortune
and many of those who have accumulated
modest fortunes,  have either consciously
or unconsciously employed the Master Mind
principle…

When a group of individual brains are coordinated
and function in harmony, the increased energy
created through that alliance becomes available
to EVERY individual brain in the group and when
2 or more people coordinate in a spirit of harmony,
and work toward a definite objective, they place
themselves in position through that alliance, to
absorb power directly from the great universal
storehouse of God Himself…

This is is the greatest of all sources of power.It
is the source to which every great leader turns..

When two minds come together it creates a third,
invisible, intangible force or energy likened to a
third mind….I can almost feel the energy now..

WOW..Is this  what I have in Mentoring For Free..
do I really know what kind of power is available
to me…just by plugging into these calls….how
important is it that if I want the power and be
successful in my business that I connect with
this mastermind group?

To be a part of this Mastermind Group is
essential to building my business.

I am so blessed to have found Mentoring For
Free…what a system..what a package….I have
the most amazing mentors in the industry….I
can use a proven, duplicatable, low cost
system for building my business…belong to
a most amazing group of people…we are all
here for one purpose..we want to become the
person  we were meant to be…we  want to let
go of the past…live in the NOW…and become
a leader that people will  want to follow…we all
want to be successful in every area of our lives…

Chapter  9 Persistence

According to the author Persistence is the one quality that can not be replaced by any other, and a lack of or inconsistency in the application of this quality will not bring about your desired goal.  In fact this attribute of consistent constant forward action is the most detimental problem I face. Being a bit onthe Green personality side I have a tendency to let procrastination affect my level of persistent action. When this is occuring I know it but almost feel helpless to change it.

This quality or attribute is the most difficult one to bring to bear on a consistent basis as Hill says the Mind that is not occupied with money consciousness will become occupied with poverty consciousness.

In my personal mental cleanse process I find that as soon as I let my guard down and if I for any reason falter in my self talk or belief in my self and my desires then poverty consciousness appears as if a ghost has invaded my mind. I then have to work to bring my belief in myself back up to a level where the poverty consciousness is once again displaced by my belief  and desire.

He, Hill provides us in this chapter with again the statement that the attributes we need such as persistence are a “state of mind” the causes of which he lists eight components of persistence.  He then lists the sixteen symptoms of “Lack of Persistence” When I examine these in myself I find that although I work daily on the eight attributes of persistence with my self talk I do not bulletproof my self against the sixteen symptoms of a lack of persistence.
I too easily fall to the following items #2 Procrastination and  item  #4 Indecision,  Too Long have I let these two symptoms creep into my daily thought patterns, now that I recognize them for what they are I know I can alter my state of mind by altering my sub conscious programming.

The simple fact that I know this is not enough!! I have to take action to change this EVERY day - when I do not I falter in building the success I desire - the strange part is that I know it is happening when it does - This demon has haunted me my entire life - I WILL continue to wage war against this demon and I WILL be the victor. All I have to do is repeat my self talk each and every day - thats it how simple yet how tough Easy too do, and easy not too do
– I now know I can add persistence to my arsenal of tools that I use on a daily basis to achieve my stated desire.

Chapter 8 My Thoughts

We are fortunate indeed to be able to read several times over this chapter on the elimination of procrastination from our lives . But Hill reaches deeper than the removal of procrastination. He explains in detail that not only do we need to eliminate this insidious habit but we need to be able to make a decision and stay with it until we have successfully reached the objective of that decision.

I was until recently consumed by indecision and I for one never recognized my changes in direction as really the result of my doubt in my own ability to make a firm decision and then to stay with it until I had overcome all of the obstacles hindering my actual achievement of my desire. I can not count how many times I must have been three feet from the vein of gold I was seeking. Because I doubted my current course of action at that time I changed and did not have definiteness of purpose.

I would at times like to beleive that I have eliminated procrastination from my daily life, however as I sit here getting readyto get ready I realize that this very destructive lifelong habit will not give up the war easily. I restarted my self talk aimed at total destruction of procrastination in my life. I WILL NOT give in to this, I WILL  emerge the victor in my personal war on procrastination

When the time would come for me to decide whether to stay the course of change because I did not have a mastermind group or a mentor to ask questions of I would change directions and never actually achieve my stated goal. I now have become a member of a mastermind group whose directions and stated goals are in harmony with my own. The difference this has made in my ability to not only begin the process of eliminating procrastination, but it allows me the absolute luxury of discussing my decisions and the actions that I am taking to reach the objective in back of those decisions, the result is that I am now able to maintain my forward progress even in the face of occasional doubt, All I need to do is to call upon various members of my mastermind group to discuss the issue and I am then able to refocus my energy and I can now maintain my decision and continue on the path to the success I have long sought

I will not again let this rule my life I Want to Own my life I am the Master of my thoughts and therefore my actions I know I have the support from this mastermind group to help me overcome ALL of my old programing and to put this monster out of my life Forever

I will do whatever it takes to continue waging this war until I emerge the victor

Chapter 7 Organized Planning.

This was a tough chapter for me. It forced me to look
at my weaknesses.

Even the title of this chapter scares me, because I
know that being organized and planning are two of my
greatness weaknesses. At least now I know that it’s
just part of being blue.

Planning is a huge chore for me, I can do it but I
always procrastinate until it has to be done.

The second paragraph of this chapter emphasises the
importance of the Mastermind Group……. We are so
fortunate to be members of this group, where we can
all grow and develop our skills together;… and as
individuals while we maintain perfect harmony amongst
ourselves and every member of the group.

I realize that no individual has everything that they
need to be successful on their own… It takes a team
working together and helping each other overcome their weaknesses. We all have different strengths and weak
nesses; and even though I feel that organized planning
is one of my greatest weaknesses, I have nothing to
fear, because I know that others on the team have the
strengths that I don’t and I will continue to grow and
learn simply by being part of this Mastermind Group.

We already have a sound plan in place to accumulate
wealth and I know that my job is to follow it and not
quit…… If you give up before your goal has been
reached, you are a quitter.

“A quitter never wins and a winner never quits”

I love that phrase, because that is one of my
strengths. I’m NOT a quitter. It’s just not part
of who I am and it makes me feel good that I can
bring this strength to the group.

Self-analysis is not an easy thing to do, but it’s
imperative to achieve success and to determine if
you are moving forward. I found the list of 31 major
causes of failure fascinating.

It showed me exactly what my personal weaknesses are
and what I need to continuously strive to improve.

Thank you Michael for your incredible leadership and
for the plan that you have created.

I have chosen to follow the Mentoring for Free plan,
and will continue to put it into action by following
the system with persistence.

Chapter 7 — Organized Planning

WOW! Is this a long chapter or WHAT!!!

So far, all the chapters are tying together like
waves on a beach washing further and further onto
the shores.

I never understood how this worked before.

Everything begins with Desire. As we live and feel
and watch our lives unfold, we suddenly develop a
Desire. If we are persistent and fighters, we do
not allow this Desire to Die from the beatings of
life.

So this Desire becomes stronger and stronger and is
taken from the form of Vibrations and Energy to its
concrete form. It journeys through to the Synthetic
Imagination that has pulled together all ideas, old
concepts and plans and then finally, actual PLANS
are created and organized in what Hill calls the
workshop of the mind.

So, how do you build Definite, Practical Plans when
you have never successfully built a large downline
before? You ally yourselves with SUCCESSFUL people
who have, and join a mastermnd gourp — the Cleanse.

Now Hill says we must first decide what WE will offer
the group for their cooperation. In our case it would
be to offer determination and bulldoggedness to be
open, to grow, and to Participate in some form or
fashion on the Cleanse.

And Ultimately, to show up and turn in Lesson Plans.
Your positive vibrations will help propel the group
just a little bit more.

Now, something important about plans. Perhaps the
first set of plans doesn’t work for us. Do we quit?

NO! Craft new ones. Quit after Failing at these? NO!
Many of us fail multiple times in MLM because plans
were not sound. The advise we were given DOES NOT
WORK for 92% of us. Do we quit? NO!!! And because
those of us on this call did not quit,,,, we found a
sound plan that works and is proven–The MFF system.

The world is full of men who made fortunes, lost it
and Quit… Had they created new plans and attached
them with the Burning Desire to bounce back, there
is no question they would.

Education cannot save them.Hill mentions men of great
fortunes who lost their fortunes due to faulty plans
while Ford, of less education endured wealthier than
they, BECAUSE HE DIDN’T QUIT!

Now many people see men and women of great triumphs
as if there were no defeats….. They overlook the
defeats. This reminds me of people who say those that
have great success and fortunes are “Lucky”.

They say this because it makes them feel better, that
way they can act like it is out of theri control and therefore, they don’t have to do anything about it.

Or they’ll say you can’t make money without money.
This is also a Cop-out.

There are Leaders and there are Followers. The
Leaders were successful Followers first. Sometimes
the follower expects the same compensation as the
leader. This is class envy.

Great leaders were once INTELLIGENT FOLLOWERS.Only
pompous ignorant people think they can be leaders
without being followers.

It takes courage to be coachable and accept guidance
and constuctive criticism. An Intelligent Follower
is a GREAT Leader of people because he knows how his
followers think and feel. And what they need, just
as he needed it.

A Leader cannot be sloppy,lazy, disorganized. They
will not gain the respect of their followers and
other leaders. BLUES especially need serious work
in this area. I know I did.

Let’s examine the Major Causes of Failure in Leader
ship.Hill mentions the Inability to Organize Details.
I learned that this also includes relegating details
to capable followers.

In MLM this means giving your downline more
responsibility. This will help them grow and become
Leaders in their own right. If your company has the
right plan, then you are rewarded generously to create
these Leaders. You are not penalized for it.

The last point I want to address in the arena of Major
Causes of Failure In Leadership, are two…. Lack of
Imagination is a hindrance because it impedes meeting emergencies and creating sound plans for guiding his
followers efficiently through those emergencies.

The last is Disloyalty. In my mind, Disloyalty is
one of the Worst traits one could have…. Without
integrity one has nothing. Once Disloyal, one is
Always viewed as Disloyal.

In conclusion, Don’t Quit, Protect DESIRE, be a
Follower FIRST with PATIENCE! HAVE the patience
to grow into the person YOU would join.

When I began the Mental Cleanse I can honestly
say that I would not have joined ME! NOW I would.

CHAPTER 6
IMAGINATION
THE WORKSHOP OF THE MIND

The Imagination is literally the workshop wherein
are fashioned all plans created by man. It’s been
said that man can create anything, which he can
imagine.

When I came up with the idea too go to the East Coast
to buy a Commercial fishing vessel, and have it railed
to the West Coast of Canada, it all came from the work
shop of my mind.

I had such a burning DESIRE to fish Dungeness Crab,
there was absolute no way I would have been stopped.
I had total focus on the project all through until
my boat was launched in Vancouver’s Harbor.

After reading chapter six, three times and studying
the material in it, I have come full circle and
realize I need that burning DESIRE to push forward
in my Network Marketing Business.

At this time I do have the DESIRE to build a solid
Business and help other people to succeed.

The support I am getting from all the leaders on the
30-day cleanse, and from everyone on our Team, with
the training provided by “Mentoring For Free” I will
become a Professional Network Marketer.
And how proud I will be.

My Thoughts on Chapter 6 - Imagination

Call it what you will - imagination, dreams, desires.
They all start with an idea in our minds. Some we
reject and some we grab hold of and never let go
until we attain it.

It takes determination, purpose, desire and persistent
effort to keep the idea alive long enough for us to
see our desire in reality. It took 25 years for the
idea Carnegie gave to Hill to become a reality.

Are we willing to pay that price? Is our desire that
strong that it becomes so much apart of us that we,
as the saying goes, “eat, sleep and drink it.”

This chapter has made me think a lot about my “why”
and the fact that I had trouble figuring out what it
really was. I thought it was supposed to be something
so big that when I told someone what it was they would say “WOW”.

But I have come to the conclusion that I have not
been true to myself in that thinking.

My why is simple. It’s not a big fancy house. It’s
not big fancy cars.

It’s time. Time to spend with the family and friends
that I love. Time to do things together. Time to be
there for each other.

The way life goes we are all so busy making a living
we don’t have time to live.

Whether it is houses, cars or time that our
imagination has given to us as a dream we still
need a plan on how to pay for it.

I saw the concept of network marketing about twenty
years ago and thought that was the answer on how to
attain any dream and I still believe that today.

I am still working on it

but this time I am going to make it.

Our own brain is a Broadcasting and Receiving station
for the Vibrations of thoughts. So what are we putting
out there?

We’d better know!!!

Once it comes back if it IS positive, will we know how
to MAKE practical use of what comes back? And if it IS negative, will we know how to

RECOGNIZE this and propel
it back into the universe?

If we GET this, why then how can we possibly ALLOW any
negative thought to Live in our minds, and create,
literally …negative roadblocks?

Hill says that Synthetic imagination arranges old
concepts, ideas or plans into new combinations. An
analogy would be that Synthetic Imagination is the
oven.

It bakes all the ingredients together into it’s
ultimate form so that the IDEA - the cake, cookies,
whatever, can MATERIALIZE!

Now the creative?, ahhhhh….THIS is why it is so
important to unblock the negative pathways of the
mind. When negative is present, through troubled
pasts or Constant Negative News, it is CLOSED.

Let me repeat, CLOSED to the positive vibrations and
ideas that are out there. Because on the other hand,
when our minds have POSITIVE, UNBLOCKED PATHWAYS,
then our Conscious minds begin to VIBRATE Rapidly
with our DESIRES!!!

Because now our FOCUS is pointed to our GOALS !
Our VISION! This is turn, joins with the minds of
other open unblocked individuals, that are LIKE
MINDED and SO– OPPORTUNITIES begin to appear before
us.

Those people we want in our lives and our businesses,
begin to receive our Vibrations and JOIN US in some
form or fashion You know Hill says that the imaginative
faculty may have become weak through inaction.

It does not die, but it becomes quiescent. WOW! Can
you imagine the children of today — TOMORROW?
CONSTANTLY on computers and in front of TV”S?

Not a whole lot of imagining going on there!

So back to the most BRILLIANT point that Hill makes.

DESIRE is thought impulse. A form of ENERGY!
The Universe consists of but two elements - matter
and energy.

As stated by him, we are all microscopic bits of matter
that have been organized and arranged in an orderly
fashion by NATURE!

EVERYTHING MAN SEES is microscopic and arranged in an
orderly fashion! Including MAN HIMSELF!!! SO, Hill
is saying we can take DESIRE or =Energy and transform
it into it’s equivalent PHYSICAL or= Matter.

Now we MUST become familiar with these laws, we must
UNDERSTAND them.Here is where the Synthetic Imagination
comes into play. Take a plan or plans, THEN reduce the
plan to writing and take ACTION.

So let’s examine something. If we have plans, ie: a
network marketing company. We know it’s pay plan, how
many people it takes to make $10,000 a month for example
and methodically follow this plan, recruiting and
building but don’t have a BURNING DESIRE… or positive
unblocked pathways, then, there is no REALIZATION of
ones goals. There is just … hard work.

It all has to start with the IDEA and then the DESIRE
to transmute that idea into a REALIZATION.This cannot
happen without the SYNTHETIC IMAGINATION which brings
The Definite Plans for ACTION!

In other words if BURNING DESIRE for Riches or Goals
is there while BUILDING that network marketing business,
then the IDEAS for drawing those Desired individuals
into ones lives, MATERIALIZES and the SYNTHETIC
IMAGINATION, takes all of it and ORGANIZES it into a
PLAN OF ACTION!

In conclusion, Dr. Gunsaulus proves this. There has
to be Definite DECISION to create plans for Action!!

Once that happens, a CONVICTION takes over that there
is No Doubt that it will happen.

Because there is a DECISION to make it HAPPEN. THEN
the IDEA for the action comes into ones mind and this
brings it to MATERIALIZATION.

Imagination

Can I really create anything which I imagine?

My positive imaginative faculty became weak through
inaction. thank goodness it can be revived and made
alert through use….I had a lot of negative imagination….meditating on the negative…what if
that…what if this..blah.blah, blah..

I am going to put my imagination to work, building of
a plan for the transformation of my desire into money.

Every one of the billions of individual cells of my
body and every atom of matter began as an intangible
form of energy.

Desire is thought impulse. Thought impulses are forms
of energy. When I begin with the thought impulse,
desire, to accumulate money, I am drafting into service
the same power that God used to create the earth…the
body and the brain.

Hill says that I can perish the thought, if I believe
that hard work and honesty alone will bring riches.

Riches/my next level in my business, will come in re
sponse to definite demands, based upon the application
of definite principles…

I have to make up my mind to get it and decide upon a
definite plan for getting it. I must have determination, definiteness of purpose, the burning desire,

and persistent effort to attain the goal.

I must see myself already in possession of the million
dollars/ at my next level in my business…What will
it feel like to have a million dollars…what will it
feel like to be out of debt….what will it feel like
to own my life…what will it feel like to achieve my
next level in my business?

I can create anything I can imagine..by my self-talk,
by meditating, thoughts WHAT DO I WANT?
