Soaring above the Crowd s simply a decision

There is a story told about an Eagle who was raised in a Chicken`s coop.

Sadly, however, the eagle was raised to be a chicken..
Soon, the eagle believed he was nothing more than a chicken.
but his spirit cried out for more….

While playing a game on the farm one day, the eagle looked to the
skies above and noticed a group of mighty eagles soaring in the skies.
“Oh,” the eagle cried, “I wish I could fly like those birds.” The
chickens roared with laughter,
“You cannot fly with those birds. You are a chicken !!! and chickens
do not fly !!!
The eagle continued staring, at his real family up above,
dreaming that he could be with them…

Each time the eagle would let his dreams be known,
he was told it couldn’t be done.
That is what the eagle learned to believe.
The eagle, after time, stopped dreaming and continued to live his life
like a chicken..

And here`s a touching version of this story :

A naturalist was visiting a farmer one day and was surprised to see a
beautiful eagle in the farmer’s chicken coop.
“Why in the world, asked the naturalist, have you got this eagle
living in with the chickens?”
“Well, answered the farmer, I found him when he was little and raised
him in there with the chickens. He doesn’t know any better, he thinks
he is a chicken
The naturalist was dumbfounded. The eagle was pecking the grain and
drinking from the watering can. The eagle kept his eyes on the ground
and strutted around in circles, looking every inch a big, over-sized
chicken.
“Doesn’t he ever try to spread his wings and fly out of there?” asked
the naturalist. “No, said the farmer, and I doubt he ever will, he
doesn’t know what it means to fly.”

“Well, said the naturalist, “let me take him out and do a few
experiments with him.” The farmer agrees, but assured the naturalist
that he was wasting his time. The naturalist lifted the bird to the
top of the chicken coop fence and said “Fly!”
He pushed the reluctant bird off the fence and it fell to the ground
in a pile of dusty feathers. Next, the undaunted researcher took the
ruffled chicken/eagle to the farmer’s hay loft and spread it’s wings
before tossing it high in the air with the command “FLY!”
The frightened bird shrieked and fell ungraciously to the barn-yard
where it resumed pecking the ground in search of it’s dinner.
naturalist “Friend, he said, you were born to soar. It is better that
you fly than live the rest of your life being a chicken in a pen…
Having said these final words, he lifted the eagle up and once more
commanded it to “FLY!”

He tossed it out in space and this time, much to his relief, it opened
it’s SEVEN-FOOT wingspan and FLEW gracefully into the sky. It slowly
climbed in ever higher spirals, riding unseen thermals of hot air
until it disappeared into the glare of the morning sun. The naturalist
smiled and thought how happy he was with his days work. Like the
eagle, he had for many years, let other people define his worth and
direct his life for him. Like the eagle, it had taken a life situation
for him to realize his self worth and real calling in life.

And dear members, I believe we all are born to soar like Eagles

SO IF YOU EVER TO DREAM TO BECOME AS AN EAGLE TO SOAR..
FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS..AND NOT THE WORDS OF A CHICKEN !!!

Dear Michael

We always start reading with chapter one - and as we well know - often
the author will leave clues to help us better comprehend his writings in
the foreword.  I was making a short trip to Greenville today ( in and out
in record time) and started with the Foreword written by Napoleon Hill.

Not surprised by what I found, I wanted to share some thoughts and feelings
as the outcome of this reading. When put in perspective, I realized here are
almost a dozen more pages of Hill’s writings and they deserve to be discussed.

I am quoting here first to help clarify his (Hill’s meaning)   and raise questions
in our minds

“The Thirteen Steps “  Have You identified all thirteen ?? if not look again and
again and yet again.

says this offers help for the “man or woman who is searching for a definite goal
in life”   Have you identified Your goal ( your why ??)

“you cannot digest the contents properly in a week or month”  then it stands to
reason that you cannot build wealth in an abbreviated time.

” A real student” imply s that most are not, “will absorb it’s contents and make
them their own”   Do we not need to question how each concept affects us on an
emotional  level to begin the absorption process??

On bottom of page one last sentence and on page two of the foreword we read
“(starting on page 52) you will realize that you are about to come into possession
of a philosophy which can be transmuted into material wealth “   There are at least
two very specific sets of “daily tasks” do YOU do these daily ? if not why not
the ANSWER is Faith or Belief  Pager 52 describes the benefits of Faith (aka belief
in yourself)

On page five we have the Publishers Preface and it says ” “It provides YOU with a
perfect system of self-analysis that will readily disclose what has been standing between
YOU and the “BIG MONEY” in the past” so another perfect system that YOU cannot see
how to use it and this one just like Mentoring for Free has been tested time and time
again and due to Your lack of belief and not allowing YOUR feelings to surface, You
have stopped both from functioning.

I met one of my team members today for coffee and was told I have not had a download
for ages - we talked about belief _ I let her borrow mine and she emailed me later
today - ” I have two downloads ” amazing this belief thing !! huh !!!

On page six we find the Authors preface, he states “IN EVERY CHAPTER of this
book mention has been made of the money making secret” does not sound so secret
too me. Are YOU open to feeling it yet ??  What is YOUR EQ, akar emotional quotient?

Have you let Other Peoples programing control and delete YOUR dream programing?
On page seven we read “United Steel Corp. was conceived and carried out by one of the
young men through whom Mr. Carnegie Proved his application will work for all who
ARE READY for IT ….. Provided YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.
(You may want to consider really doing YOUR why)

On page eight we read ” The secret to which I refer has been mentioned no fewer than
100 times thought out this book.”
totaling 273 pages that means the secret has to be noted more often than once every
three pages,  Have you felt it ???

he continues ” “it seems to work more successfuly when it is merely uncovered and left
in sight, where those who ARE READY, and searching for it, may pick it up.

You may find it in the first chapter or on the very last page, so it is in Chapter One?
did you find it??

You need to be emotionaly open to allow your creativie imagination to flourish or YOU
will never feel it and be in the flow - at the end of each page ask yourself “What does that
make me think ? How did it make me feel ? what am I going to do differently ?

Are you following all thirteen steps ? Are YOU doing both sets of daily tasks? as instructed
by Hill ?
On page eleven  we read ” the secret to which I refer will jump from the page IF YOU ARE
READY FOR IT” as Michael says so often “In their time”Are YOU open to see it this time?

On page Twelve “All who are ready may learn, not only what to do, but also how to do it
and receive as well the NEEDED STIMULUS to make a start”

This requires a decent EQ or you will miss it -

ON this page Napoleon Hill says ” may I offer one brief suggestion which may provide
a clue by which the Carnegie secret may be recognized ? It is this - ALL ACHIEVMENT
ALL EARNED RICHES, HAVE THEIR BEGINNING IN AN IDEA”

Now  I ask you what is an idea - , a thought which has been generated by a feeling, an
emotion - the thought required a decision - the decision casued and action - the result
created belief  - an amaziningly perfect system - just use it - just do it and do it and do it
again - just like Mentoring For Free - just use it oh yea, better stock up on belief and
emotions  first

out weigh my simple thank YOU - that action is helping the volunteers own their
life as YOU helped me to own mine - Now I have to jump in MY Candy Apple
