Sarah here
ya know I have been thinking a lot about relationships, after all
Network Marketing is a relationship business ? game ?

What do you want to call it ?

I call it real life and it is serious relationship business,
just like my personal life.

Life is a relationship game? business ? whatever, well as I go through
the stages of yet another relationship hmm I can see the same issues
in personal relationships and Network Marketing.

Bounce back factor ? What is it ? Do you have one ?

I thought my bounce back factor was zero – Then this guy asks me to dance,
On the top deck of a cruise ship heading to the Caribean no less, so am I
going to say yes, bet your bippy I did.

So here I am thinking my bounce back factor is at zero ,I have been through
two marriages – I am definitely not looking, I am on my team cruise, here to
build relationships with team members and to enjoy time  with my girl friends.
I am definitely not looking for romance.

Just like when I was getting ready to call Network Marketing quits – I found the
Book Success in 10 Steps – I was done , over 7 years and 14 companies, zero success

Then,I find Success in 10 Steps every where I looked there it is,but more
importantly I found a mentor that not only can he spell MLM - he can teach me to
teach others to spell MLM and bam Duplication  first time in 7 years –

I see the similarity in my relationship – so now  here I am deeply involved with
a wonderful guy.

My girlfriends say whoa slow down Sarah, Just like I said when I found Mentoring for
Free and Michael Dlouhy, I knew in my heart that I was home, no more looking. See my
bounce back factor was stronger than I knew – I read his book and hope flourished
and yes I found the truth,

So now My bounce back factor is stronger than I thought – I now find myself deeply
involved with a wonderful man. He listens to me, he gets me, he makes me smile. he
dances with me in my living room when I play my albums. How cool is that ?? When
we dance it is magic, truly magical.,

I have been single for over a decade – I now know I can bounce back so I am as they
say jumping in with both feet – Nah I am diving in head first – I bet your bounce
back factor is stronger than You think- Download and read Success in 10 Steps and
meet a team of mentors that not only know how to spell MLM, they can teach you how
to teach others and just like Love it is free.

All that is required is that You have a teensy spark of hope left (if your reading
this, You do  even if does not feel like it)   and like my wonderful man found a
spark in my heart and fanned hope and ignited Love, Mentoring for Free can put spring
in Your bounce back factor.

Look over on the left side of this page see that photo – the handsome guy on the right,
that is my guy what a cutie huh – and the guy on the left that is my mentor and the
author of Success in 10 Steps.

So now do Your self a favor click on the book on the left, download it, Read it and call me

XEL8 Tanks & Fires ALL Distributors!

It is a sad day in Network Marketing as we mourn for the Distributors of XEL8 the suppliers of Bazi and functional beverage, who have lost their livelihood. Yesterday XEL8 sent at letter to all its Distributors informing them that they Board of Directors have elected to change the business model & that they would no longer be in need of their Distributors services. In other words they told them they no longer had a business or means to generate money effective February 28th & that no new distributors are allowed to join the company, effective immediately! (A copy of the letter sent can be read here on Rod Cook’s MLM Watchdog)

WOW! Wouldn’t you hate to get a letter like that? Not sure what happened but there are numerous lessons to be learned here as well as indicators it was coming.

Perhaps the ticker tells the tale.

Being a publicly held company (XELR) on the OTC BB, the company truly has a conflict of interest to all Distributors. The primary goal of all publicly traded companies is to pay the shareholders first and foremost. So where does that leave the Distributors? Second in line? Well, no not really. The company also has a profit it must make as well as meeting its overhead, you know like paying its employees, owners, the electric bill, the mortgage on the building, cost of product to be manufactured all those expenditures. After all these are met then the distributors! Wow, depending upon the list of expenditures on the company ledger Distributors/Independent Contractors can be far down the list. LESSON ONE; THINK AT LEAST TWICE BEFORE PARTNERING WITH A PUBLICLY HELD COMPANY!

Were any of the distributors keeping an eye on the stock value?

http://chart.finance.yahoo.com/c/my/x/xelr.ob

This graft is from Yahoo finance and shows the activity of the company from late 2003 when at that time the stock was valued at $15 a large discrepancy from its value today at $0.15 and going down. Read the 8-K filed with the Security & Exchange Commission as required by SEC law.

I am not sure if 2003 is when they went public or merged or changed their name or what, but as you can see it has been a downward slide ever since. So is it really that surprising that the Board of Directors voted to restructure and fire the distributors? Any distributor who was watching this would surly knows the jeopardy their positions were in since the strength of the company was heading to an all time low.  SECOND LESSON; IF YOU ARE GOING TO PARTNER WITH A PUBLICLY HELD COMPANY YOU NEED TO KEEP APPRISED OF THE STOCK VALUE & TREND.

Thirdly, did anyone read the contract? There had to be provisions in the contract, also known as the Policies & Procedures, to allow the Board of Directors to do this; or they would have major lawsuits on their hands, which they obviously can’t afford! LESSON THREE; ALWAYS READ THE POLICIES & PROCEDURES! This document clearly shows the integrity as well as intent of the Owner & Management. In the future make sure the contract fairly protects the interest of not only the company but of you as a distributor!

What saddens me most? Most people in our industry today still don’t know how to evaluate a company. This all could have been avoided if the Distributors did their due diligence prior to partnering with XEL8 or at the very least keep an eye on the numbers. All they needed to do was read a little book, which would have pointed them in the direction of obtaining all the knowledge they needed to prevent them from being in this situation today.

Learn what you need to know BEFORE you enter into a partnership with ANY company. Please for the sake of your future & your dreams take the time to read ‘Success in 10 Steps’ & take advantage of the information Mentoring For Free can teach you so you don’t find yourself in this situation ever again.

Friday is Red Shirt Day

Posted on January 19th, 2010 in Recent Posts by Sarah Thompson

I will be wearing A Red Shirt every Friday,Read this and do what Your heart tells You

 Red  Shirt

If  the red shirt thing is new to you, read below how it went for a man…

Last  week, while traveling to Chicago on business, I  noticed a Marine sergeant traveling with a  folded flag, but did not put two and two together.

After we boarded our flight, I  turned to the sergeant, who’d been invited to sit in First Class (across from me), and inquired if he was heading home.

No, he  responded.
Heading out I asked?

No.  I’m escorting a soldier home.

Going to  pick him up?

No. He is with me right now.  He was killed in Iraq , I’m taking him home to his family.

The realization of what he  had been asked to do hit me like a punch to the  gut.. It was an honor for him. He told me that,  although he didn’t know the soldier, he had  delivered the news of his passing to the soldier’s family and felt as if he knew them  after many conversations in so few days.

I turned back to him, extended my hand, and said, Thank you Thank you for doing what you do so my family and I can do what we do.

Upon landing in Chicago the pilot  stopped short of the gate and made the following  announcement over the intercom.

“Ladies  and gentlemen, I would like to note that we have  had the honor of having Sergeant Steeley of the  United States Marine Corps join us on this  flight He is escorting a fallen comrade back home to his family. I ask that you please remain  in your seats when we open the forward door to allow Sergeant Steeley to deplane and receive his fellow soldier. We will then turn off the seat belt sign.”

Without a sound, all  went as requested. I noticed the sergeant  saluting the casket as it was brought off the  plane, and his action made me realize that I am  proud to be an American..

So here’s a  public Thank You to our military Men and Women  for what you do so we can live the way we  do.

Red Fridays.

Very soon, you  will see a great many people wearing Red every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our  troops used to be called the “silent majority.”  We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record  breaking numbers. We are not organized, boisterous or overbearing.

Many Americans, like you, me and all our friends,  simply want to recognize that the vast majority  of America supports our troops. Our idea of  showing solidarity and su pport for our troops  with dignity and respect starts this Friday —  and continues each and every Friday until the  troops all come home, sending a deafening  message that … Every red-blooded American who  supports our men and women a far, will wear  something red.

By word of mouth, press,  TV — let’s make theUnited States on every  Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming  football game in the bleachers. If every one of  us who loves this country will share this with  acquaintances, coworkers, friends, and family, it will not be long before the USA is covered in  RED and it will let our troops know the once  ”silent” majority is on their side more than  ever, certainly more than the media lets on.

The first thing a soldier says when  asked “What can we do to make things better for  you?” is. “We need your support and your  prayers.” Let’s get the word out and lead with  class and dignity, by example, and wear  something red every Friday.

IF YOU AGREE  – THEN SEND THIS  TO EVERY ONE  YOU KNOW

IS THE DECADE REALLY OVER?

(Or Here I Go Again - I’m Gonna Get A Lot of Crap For
This One!)

Time for some Green fun… But first, a million dollar
tip:

I am a Green. No, I’m not a follower of Al Gore’s
Church of Environmental Insanity. I’m talking about my
personality type.

A really long time ago Hippocrates identified the four
basic personality types - but he gave them some hard to
pronounce names based on some disgusting bodily
fluids*.

Jerry Clark decided to label them with Colors a few
years ago - much easier.

Anyways, we Greens make up 35% of the population. We
are the analytical, unemotional numbers crunchers and
philosophers. We drive salespeople nuts because we
cannot be sold. We need all the facts so we can analyze
them to death and take our time to decide. We are very
slow to take action. Star Trek’s Mr. Spock is our
poster boy.

Here’s the tip: Make Your presentation and give us lots
of stuff and website links to take home. Then leave us
the hell alone.
